Payment Questions


How can I make payment?

We can take bookings over the phone by debit/credit card or by cash or debit card at the track. Cheques can be used to make payment if received by IKR at least 14 days before the event.

Do I need to pay in advance?

Events need to be paid in advance as above. Arrive and drive requires no booking however we suggest a phone call to avoid disappointment.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes 50% for events or Sunday block bookings. No deposit is necessary for arrive and drive.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Deposit payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

What happens if you cancel my booking?

If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseeable circumstances a full refund will be paid.

Do you provide refunds if I cancel?

If an event is cancelled more than 14 days prior to an event then the deposit paid will be forfeited. If the event is cancelled 14 days or less of the date of the event, full payment, based on the minimum numbers detailed in your Confirmation of Event will be due.

Do you have a Gift Voucher system?

We have a gift voucher system that can be purchased over the phone or at the centre.
